A total conditioning workout to increase overall stamina. Consisting of a warm up, a working phase and a cool down with stretching. An interval cardio routine, mixed with free weights and other equipment.

 
 

Focusing on major muscle groups for a well balanced routine. Moving from cardio to weights, shocks the body, improving the cardiovascular system.

 
 

Promotes weight loss, endurance and improves muscle tone. The exercises are basic, but the output is INTENSE!
